What if we don't know what videos to create?

Most clients have far more great stories than they realize. We'll work with you to identify content opportunities based on your projects, customers, team, expertise, and business goals. Together, we'll build a content plan that keeps your video marketing consistent and purposeful.
Can you work within our brand guidelines?
Absolutely.
One of the biggest advantages of our subscription model is consistency. We'll build your brand into our production workflow by using your fonts, colours, logos, graphics, and design standards so every video feels like it came from the same creative team.
Can we request more than one video in a month?
Absolutely.
If you need multiple videos in a single month, we can simply adjust your production schedule by using one or more future months from your subscription.
Can unused videos roll over to another month?
Yes.
If you don't have content to produce one month, we can shift that production time to a future month when you have more happening. The goal is to make your subscription work around your business, not the other way around.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Every video we produce is 100% yours. You retain full ownership and copyright of both the raw footage and the finished videos.
From time to time, we may ask for your permission to feature some of the work in our portfolio or marketing, but only with your approval.
Can multiple people from our company appear in the videos?
Absolutely.
Our goal is to gather as much high-quality content as possible while maintaining the production value your brand deserves.
What happens if bad weather affects an outdoor shoot?
We'll monitor the forecast closely and make a final go/no-go decision with you the day before filming.
If the weather changes unexpectedly while we're on location, we'll do everything we can to creatively capture the content we need. If key footage simply isn't possible, we'll schedule a return visit to complete the shoot for $600.
How quickly do we receive finished videos?
Our typical turnaround time is seven business days from filming.

How many revisions are included?
Every video includes two rounds of revisions, which is more than enough for the vast majority of projects.
What if we need more than two rounds of revisions?
It rarely happens, but if additional revisions are required beyond the two included rounds, they're billed at $75 per hour.
Do you provide music, graphics, and captions?
Yes. Licensed music, motion graphics, titles, and captions are all included as part of your monthly subscription.
Can you add French subtitles or support other languages?
Absolutely. If you provide the translated transcript, we'll add subtitles and update any on-screen graphics to match the language.
If you need translation services as well, let us know and we can discuss options.
What if our filming location is more than 25 km from our office?
No problem. We include travel within 25 km of your office. Beyond that, travel is billed at $0.67 per kilometre.
Can you travel to film at our client's location in another city or province?
Yes. We're happy to travel wherever your project takes us.
Travel expenses such as airfare, hotel accommodations, and vehicle rentals are billed at cost with your approval. For overnight travel, we charge:
• $75/day per diem
• $450/day travel labour
• $75/day per diem

We'll always review travel costs with you before booking.
What happens to our footage if we cancel our subscription?
No problem. We'll provide you with a copy of all your footage on a hard drive so you have access to everything we've captured.
If you decide to restart your subscription in the future, that footage becomes part of your existing content library and can be used in future productions.
What happens if we decide to cancel our subscription?
We understand that business priorities can change.
If you decide to end your subscription before the end of your current term, we invoice for two months of the remaining subscription period. This helps cover production planning and reserved production capacity while providing flexibility for your business.
